Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist who fits into our sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making up to 80 dials per day, working with generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fixing Appointments for Sales Rep’s across locations/States – AP,TS & KS
  • Achieve monthly quotas
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Doing DRs (Deal Registrations) across the vendor/OEM Platforms
  • Managing the complete Training & Educational Competencies based on the Training calendar, assigning & Co-ordinating with Sales , Pre-Sales , Technical and OEM Teams
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Receiving, delegating & preparation of the daily reports on the leads generated across various channels like Website , India Mart & Just Dial etc..
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with field Sales executives to build pipeline and close deals

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with any CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and convincing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
